Those who select times between   9:30 - 10:27 can arrive at  9:30 (1 hour for shopping).

Those who select times between 10:30 - 11:27 can arrive at 10:30 (1 hour for shopping).

Those who select times between 11:30 - 12:30 can arrive at 11:30 (1 hour for shopping)

No admittance after 12:30 pm.
